Why McShane is running for Salinas City Council:

Like many people in Salinas, I know plenty of people that have left town. They have left because our city’s bad image, lack of jobs and due to lack of a safe community. I’ve never lived life as a bystander; I’m running for council to address the many issues our community faces.
