REBuilding our Local Economy
The current pandemic has wreaked havoc on our economy, and we will need smart solutions to rebuild. Steve McShane will be the only County Supervisor on the Board with small business experience, and we desperately need his unique experience and perspective to bring our economy back from the devastation caused by COVID-19. As both a small business owner and a City Councilman, he led the effort to build a vibrant and sustainable local economy with fair-waged local jobs that can support a family. He will do the same for the County in an all-out effort to restore our economy to pre-pandemic prosperity.
"Steve Mcshane has consistently put people over politics and he will make a fine Supervisor for District 4."

SEASIDE RESIDENT AND COMMUNITY ACTIVIST
Steve and his wife, Danielle, cherish every day as a family. When their baby daughter was born at CHOMP, she had a stroke and was rushed to Natividad Hospital and ultimately UCSF Oakland where she was treated for nearly a month. From this, they have learned the what it takes to raise a special needs daughter in her care and recovery.
As the father of two young children, Steve has always believed in sharing in the responsibilities of raising a family. He has learned the important need for services and care provided by the County and is aware that not everyone has the support network or the resources that his family has fortunately had. As a Supervisor, Steve will prioritize that everyone has access to quality care. Especially those most vulnerable.
